There's nothing in the manga indicating whether the resting area is a monster-repellent safe-zone, nor whether anyone was assigned to guard-duty or not, with that mentioned. Sophia was awake before Rin, the others were still sleeping, and with how dungeon exploration usually goes, there's always one on guard-duty to wake the others in case of danger, so that would be Sophia's job most likely. And even if there were some guarding magic in effect, there is still normally always someone on guard-duty, because usually the guarding magic is only meant to be temporary to give them time to get ready for action.

Now that she - and Rin - left the resting area and locked themselves inside an old room of some sort, the others are left defenseless in the case of a monster attack, because there is no one on guard-duty anymore.

"days until the party collapses" bit from chapter 1 holds true it was 300 days. That's way too long for it to take for the rest of the party to find out she's pregnant unless we skip through several months of nothing happening before she gets pregnant.

Y'know a woman doesn't always get pregnant after the first creampie. Some couples can try for months or even years before having a child. So even if these two go at it for a couple months before she gets pregnant, that's well within the time frame for her to start noticeable showing at the end of her second trimester. Assuming that is they didn't notice the morning sickness, violent mood swings, or weird food cravings. And honestly as the healer of the party, she is in the best position to hide many of those ailments.
