The anthology saved the best story, for the end. To me it had it all, and was full of love. I am enjoying the other stories too. I read them in Spanish, but this one is my favorite.

I recognized the art style and I was just thinking … damn so she really can make sexy scenes if she wanted to in Whispering You A Love Song lol

But same. Like that hit hard, “just when I though I wanted to die” was such a punch in the gut like I can’t imagine that suffocation where she just happened to find something fun and frivolous (at first only to enjoy her life at the end, as she said) that helped her cope. But also good on Kano for being her support and loving her as she was and is now. Kaede chose the right girl to reach out to. Wonder if she always knew that Kano loved her but just felt tied down by her mom to even indulge in romance or sexuality.
