I think I'm more of a french toast guy, but it's also occurred to me that you can probably french toast a pancake or waffle because it feels more like a cooking method than just a singular recipe. I haven't experimented with this breakfast heresy yet because I'm lazy but I think about it from time to time.

Also, obviously whatever you pick from those options is just playing second banana to the breakfast king either way. The bacon, y'know? There's always enough of everything else, but the bacon is the one people will fight over until you have to just make a house rule about how many pieces everyone gets

It was sausages in my family. Bacon wasn't something you could find easily.
