Except Holo wanted to get out and her younger sister wanted her to come back, so if they talked there was a good chance Holo would have people coming after her and she just didn't want to risk that.

As has been noted, this entire situation would have been avoided if they'd simply taken the time to explain to the little sister that her beloved big sis wasn't actually being abducted. Instead, they opted to cause lasting trauma to a child. Their actions directly led to her personality becoming warped and greatly impacted the course of her life.

It's fairly sloppy storytelling.

If I don't see Holo slapping her sister silly for pulling that crap in, say like 2-3 chapters, I'm gonna be pretty angry..

The sister is entitled to one or a few good pimp hands directed at Holo's face, as well. Their bullshit almost killed him.

Has anyone told this lady after you kill someone, they can't talk? Why has she been so bent on killing him when she wants to find the truth? Why didn't MC tell the truth plainly, or ask to discuss?

I like the series very much but this is unfortunately as lazy as it can get...
