Honestly impressive that two of the first rivals we see for the FL toward the ML are actually atypical of high school romcom titles.
I'm sure there are others that have an adult gunning for a teenager, and it's not like the manager here is seriously in the running (well, I kinda hope, anyway), but a femboy going after the ML isn't something I recall seeing all too often.
I still think he majorly messed up in his decision to not say anything about Saeki to his girlfriend 1-2 chapters ago, because that will absolutely come back to bite him in the ass (mostly because Saeki looks like he does, of course).
But hopefully their relationship and bond are strong enough that it won't be too much of an issue, and also that he does not inadvertently lead Saeki on like I worry he's going to do.
