Hi hi, sorry for the very late update, but I am back from my scanlation release break... which was not really a break for me since I spent most of that time doing this volume. Yes, it did took me nearly 2 months to finish this volume. I rank this vol A+ difficulty in cleaning. And then I had to get my other releases out of the way first after the break.

So chapter talk. Matthias did pull some strings to get his and Fiona's day off to be on the same day.
When they were out, Matthias taught Fiona on how to set aside some of her salary for savings, and when he asked to help him choose what to order, he sneakily arranged it in a way where what they ordered was what she wants or is interested in trying. When they went out to buy the present for luke, he asked what her budget was for it, and when she told him how much, he did pull the shopkeeper aside and said that the shopkeeper was willing to sell for what her budget is. The novel doesn't say it outright, but Matthias obviously subsidized her gift. Cursed objects don't come cheap.
Also if it's not obvious because of the black and white pages, the handkerchief color Matthias chose is the same color as Fiona's hair.
