I think Toudou needs to give Ruru an apology. That outfit has really made her job in the guidance office a lot easier. First she beguiles the head of the disciplinary committee with her sexy alien costume and then BAM! Reels the student council president in with her astute observations and deductions. I mean, she could have done one or the other, but gaining the elusive president’s respect WHILST wearing the equivalent of a “sexy halloween costume”? Only Toudou could pull that off.
