It's so funny how this story was kinda aimless and all over the place besides the one "eventual" goal of the MC being more comptent, Now I think most of us see. What rivalry can do for a series. (even though for me personally I've thought somewhat highly of this series especially after "woman messing with my emotions" was nothing like the original.

I mean the best thing he could actually do to become a more competent man is to cut off both of the women because they're both directly impeding his growth because it's some sort of personal gratification for both of them so we can't really have him grow in this series considering that.

This is the first time in a very VERY long time that I've seen a manga where introducing a love rival a bunch of chapters in has actually propelled it to greater heights. It is crazy how much better it is since Miyabi showed up.

Also, fuck it. I will say it. At the moment I much prefer Miyabi's personality than Hizumi's (plus I like her character design a lot more, but Hizumi is kinda supposed to be a "plain" office lady, so I guess that's a bit of an unfair comparison). Maybe it is novelty factor and it is true that Hizumi is now less stale, but I hope she slowly becomes more interesting and that her good entertaining bits aren't limited to just the times she clashes with Miyabi or her friend whose name I don't remember.

For now, I have faith that the author is cooking good shit for Hizumi and that he's just playing his cards slow since she's the main heroine (whereas Miyabi is basically an open book due to her dog alter ego lol). I was getting a bit bored of this manga before but now I'm all in for the ride.
