Very cute delusion, but in real life, all that kid's gonna get is a cold shoulder, and he'd realize very soon that he has no agency to accuse, extract testimony, nor force a POLICEMAN to defend herself against his accusations at all. But sure, in such fantasy work, let a school boy be having all the glory they always fantasize about, why wouldn't we?

...I'm sorry for underestimating you, Tohakari-kun. I knew from the previous chapters that he must've noticed something, and considering this manga, there must be twists, but wow, I sure didn't expect him to shine this way. A detective/criminologist in the making. Perhaps it runs in blood. And perhaps he's Spica's future antagonist?

That said, I do believe he wasn't pretending and wasn't planning to unmask the true killer at the start. It just happened to click to him and he's still a law-abiding citizen enough to report to the police (well, it helps that his uncle is one).

good shit kid lmao, this'll probably put you in Extreme Danger but that was a fun breakdown, wonder if Spica will consider bringing him along someday for a future investigation

thanks for the chapter!

BOY, YOU ARE AN IDIOT RN. He's smart when it comes to crime but not street smart.

The guard could easily walk away and reject him from entering the jail cell to meet Rukia. That guard is much stronger too so she could be getting a weapon

The kid ain't half-bad. He didn't have any hard hitting evidence but it's still insane how much he figured out despite not having any powers. I predict that he's gonna hypothesize Spica's involvement in some murders at one point but then dismiss it as him just watching too many true crime videos.

ooh thanks for the bulk upload

i've heard of 'mirroring' as a psychology thing but even if it's not necessarily exaggerated, other than a group setting i feel like if someone 'mirrored' me after doing something feel like they'd be mocking me (although the only thing i rly do outta habit is wipe my glasses even when they're clean, awkward if someone without glasses tried mirroring me) , or it wouldn't necessarily make me like them more if they were that similar

Maybe in USA,Japan is very rare but pepper spray is becoming popular among japanese women

I do not have the muscle reflexes for a gun, let alone pepper spray, i'd be paranoid/anxious about the wind blowing it in my face versus wearing a gas mask tho idk how many ppl are gonna harass someone looking like that but i wonder if some ppl have done like makeshift hair or deodorant spray, maybe it wouldn't damage them but might distract some ppl

But yeah otherwise while it might look odd i can imagine some ppl carrying like baseball bats around

-

interesting chart lol

Good on chuuni boy for actually solving it without spica

But even without evidence i imagine spica would maybe kill her or so lol

Did you forget that said schoolboy have direct connection to the police via his uncle?

True he might've been ignored if he tells some random police officer, but if he tells his uncle, even if his uncle doesn't truly believe what he said, he would still send police to monitor him if he know his nephew was doing something this careless.

god i hope he brought some backup. he might've saved the lawyer dude but confronting a murder suspect armed with nothing does not look good
