Perhaps. I don't think there are any classic depictions of cupids as old, because love is about youth and all that. However, there might've been no need here. Since this is anime style, she can look like that from 16 up to 25 at least. There were a lot of ways to die early before the advancements of the modern medicine.

Y’all never seen 21 Street Jump? What we’re seeing here is literally like a cop going undercover. She has said the class was her territory, and what better way to get intel if not first hand by pretending to be a student? Now how things went south with her becoming the bullied girl will be interesting to see... Did she do it on purpose? Or was her initial goal to become a background character in the class but it went wrong at some point? If it did, then pretending to be extremely hurt to disappear from class and start following the kids as a cupid instead is the safest way out so her mission doesn’t fail.
