I don't think so, she looks way different (the kid was just a basic straight haired young girl. No creepy eyes, weird haircut, different hair color and no strange hands or feet) and we were just through a few episodes with asleep people she easily could have been referring to. Mind you, all of those could either change over time or be explained away with further exposition and I actually kind of like that twist, but it wouldn't be the straight, simple answer here.
