Cursory research gives me two japanese zoos they might be found in : Ueno Zoological Gardens, in Ueno, Taitō ward, Tokyo prefecture, and Saitama Children's Zoo, in Iwadono, Higashimatsuyama, Saitama prefecture. (Same research also tells me you can find giant anteaters in two other japanese zoos, the Edogawa Natural Zoo, in Kitakasai, Edogawa ward, Tokyo prefecture, and Zoorasia, in Kamishiranecho, Yokohama, Kanagawa prefecture.) All part of the Greater Tokyo Area, of course.
