I've been reading this manga in the app, so this is the first time I realized what the real title is and holy crap that makes a lot of sense.

I mean it really doesn't? There is not a speck of that implied resentment in the entire story except one panel in the first chapter. Then it goes away entirely and now looks even more out of place after 75 chapters. That's why most people are surprised when they learn the real title for the first time.
