Honestly I feel like Kanae could easily become a mangaka for adaptations, she doesn't need to think of genius plot if there is LN with one already, she could make Vtuber models, she could do commissions, she can livestream her drawing, with how fast she managed to draw it woukd be quite interesting, especially if endorsed by her lovely maid, she could do crafts for established brands or same, commissions, and actually livestream that too, her possibilities to make good use of her art talents are very broad, though I understand Chie thought, speed renovating of building would be high cost high reward, since for other arts she would need to build reputation and portfolio first, but it feels like Kanae would love other approaches more
