Someone already got the 久々, so yeah -ko is a common suffix for girls. When it didn't mean 'child', it means 'girl'. Lots of girls are actually named -ko, like Aiko or Kyouko or Yuuko. So if you want to make a nickname an annoying girl like Negi might use there's the obvious Noa-chan, but then Noacchi, Noapi, Noaemon (only if really trying to be obnoxious) or Noa-ko.

Too much natural bias being ignored or skewed in this manga.

If Noa’s appearance is not allowed to be the reason people tolerate her personality then Noa needs to learn to stop prying and asking for too much. The variable not being made clear is how this is pretty privilege in effect creating a double standard.
This author is depicting this rather precarious relationship very accurately.

Imagine if these 2 get together and Noa is left alone LMFAO
This coming out of left field would make me laugh my ass off so hard.

They'd get together over the shared common ground of dealing with Noa and then adopt her or something, lol.

Regarding Noa-ko on page 13: don't forget that Noako is Noa's online handle. That's where Negiemon knows her from, after all.

Her whole bunch is so annoying it's just a bunch of whores and a virgin bitch that uses a random guy as an emotional pillow

Yea, I was kinda whiplashed that her only friend is sugar dating, or being a prostitute
Given emphasis fmc being a virgin (ch7pg14*), felt this chapter was to clarify the friend is not a rival, as she's potentially not a virgin
:questionblob:
*Also, probably first clue the friend's not a virgin was her praise, could be taken as: it's amazing because fmc had 5 boyfriends, or because the friend isn't (or both)

Kind of just strange and unnecessary, probably the subconscious woes of a female author, jealousy

Wonder if because women are usually more ingrained into social groups, outside of those they feel less influential, paired with the "trust"** (however long that lasts) that's usually present in those groups not existing outside them
I guess a mother wants to secure what she has, so jealousy/possessiveness helps that, similar to neediness, a mother's needs translate to the child's, probably instincts***
Jealousy is also an evolved instinct, so the mother pays more attention and you don't end up the runt of the litter, only instinct though, so controllable, like hunger or anger
Arguably jealousy lays the foundation for a mind to think/plan the "what if"s, so less trustworthy, genuine (arguably though)

**If a woman gets a partner and doesn't grow out of her social group, and her group are all single besides her, they will be jealous, and might brag how nice it is to be single to her (which if she falls for it, she'll split her partner, and likely become miserable), or even potentially cheat on her with her partner, it's been done before, quite ugly
***A jealous and needy mother is far more redeeming than a jealous and needy childless woman, as there's tangible reason, children

Think I'm gonna drop this, could get better later, maybe I'll speed read when completed
