Outside of sonic, Saitama never lets someone who tries to kill him go and he never laughs about it. He either kills them, cripples them for life or scar them mentally due to sheer power difference. No attacker ever goes scot-free after the ordeal. If anything, karma deals with them in the end for sure. This has none of it.
