damnn, blackbox censored mad mage scientist obsessed with drugs and crazy about tistoria VS MC smart weapons expert, i hate cliffhanger on the last page oh yea, pages 29 and 30 can be merge like this
So the use of the Dacchara medicine was discontinued... because it was too effective of a painkiller? And with no side effects to boot?
Yeah I get that the doctors just started prescribing it for every ailment they couldn't figure out, but I feel like that's partially on the doctors for misusing it and partially on the patient for being prescribed a painkiller for likely chronic conditions or diseases and just going along with it (assuming the patient knew about Dacchara being a painkiller and not a cure-all like how this latest doctor mcsuper evilguy marketed it).
Rant aside, I'm curious to see what that thing MC is talking about that'll deal with the roid-ragers he's up against. It'd be cool if they made the magic artillery portable.
Both use the same macho drug but Gaikaku uses it on the armor so his ogres are intact and exploits the fact that inflated humans can't move as well as naturally muscled ogres.
Used to be like you
Until my bro told me to watch Game of Thrones.. then I learned that what we have seen in anime and manga are very tame comparing to what normies consumed everyday.

Silence! You can't criticize RL shows! We all know that games manga and anime are the only media that should adhere to the holiest than thou puritan standard.
Unessesary rape is unessesary, I hate this trope in manga. If you are a bad guy you have to be a rapist, thats the law. There is absolute no other way we can portrait you as bad guy other than rape.
This is one of the few times where Manga upscales atrocities compared to the Novels.
Novels basically has "He was an illegal magician / alchemist , made illegal & addictive medicine /drugs (drugs because it became illegal) , made it popular enough by claiming it as a panacea when it's just a painkiller which caused the death of the lord's weak wife and others by making them overexert themselves thinking they were healed, become a widespread problem and when the lord tried to stop it he was killed"
None of this kidnapping, rape, enslavement unless I misread that entire chapter or google really had some problem with that raws.

If you felt disgusted, that means it already served its purpose. The scene supposes to reenforce the image of villainy. It's cringey and overused, yes. Unnecessary, not really.
I meant in general, this kind of upscales aren't that common in general considering violence in most mangas i've read.
Fangirls (i'm guessing you mean the attendants who helped clean her in the bath) are probably either members of her knight order or her family's attendants, there are reasons to include and exclude them.
Novel basically had snippets before every task during their "qualification test as a knightly orders" where she's like "I like this group, if they pass these tests, i'll make them a knightly order" in discussion with someone else, but they don't introduce anyone else specifically there.
As for the spoiler...
It's not like it would be the only one with that division of dwarf women. Well, usually the beard is the biggest change, but in many other mangas it's the young dwarves who are encountered by the MCs, the old female dwarves wouldn't even be found unless they're in dwarf towns and if they are, why are they meeting them ?

The scientist is as violent as he was in the WN it's just more explicit here.
Regarding the spoiler:
The mercs were supposed to be thicker and a lot less feminine than we see, the dwarves are the last batch of slaves Gaikaku buys from the merchant, they are supposed to be small round and with hairy legs but given the mercs I'm expecting loli dwarves.
