Hmm... I guess the direction of the story is that these 2 will collect tenants (most likely other outcasts) and build a new community for themselves and the tenants, at least that's the only story concept I can see with that set up.

a nice little Found Family title would be interesting, and would address the isolation of the ML and help him find meaning and connection in his life.
Hopefully it's not just all women, forcing some sort of harem situation or related melodrama. An actual story about healing whilst finding one's place of happiness in life for the two of them would be more pleasant to read, in my mind.
