"impossible to make alcohol" dude it's one of the easiest things to make, they even make it in prison.

Also thanks for the update
Just making alcohol would be a mistake. She is already freeloading and making alcohol for her would just make her even more dependent and useless. So by giving her medicine it keeps her fed, while not making her too reliant on him.

MC is portrayed as a minor, in an All Ages manga.
This means it's absolutely Forbidden by Jap law to have the MC even think about making alcohol.

You see it all over the place in Trashekai™.
Peeps considered Adult at 15, sometimes even 12 in the world.. Fully capable of killing monsters, including those of the human(oid) kind. Fighting Wars against Demon Lords and whatnot.
But can't drink/touch/get involved with alcohol ( No!No! I'm a Minor!!). Same with romance and the inevitable natural end result of that ...

Completely bonkers, but that's local "Social Conventions" for you...

He could grow some frutal tree, make frutal wine, and get yeast as a side product.
Easiest method would be for him to chew on some of his wheat, and spit it into a jar. I don't know what quality he would get though, and there's always the risk that he'll just ruin the batch.

This isn't good, but I don't think I've ever actually seen an isekai address how dangerous mosquitos are. Or if I have I've forgotten about it.

TIL that mosquitoes are the most dagerous animal on the earth. I actually googled it up and yes they do kill the most human every year more than any other animal. (Mostly through transmission of diseases like malaria in developing countries)

"All Ages" means exactly that; children could be reading this manga, and they don't need to be getting ideas about delinquent activities.

Unless you're suggesting that you have no problems with a storybook for children featuring a MC that smokes like a broken stove, drinks like he's on Unsub, and picks up women from the street corner. Those sound like "local Social Conventions" you ought to be in favor of.
