I think she has the potential to not be turned into magic battery for muscle training (she'll stay as the hero's cat instead). She will escape the fate of being a living magic battery but-- actually I dont think she can see any downside.
I really love that she's rounder in her human form also, Arthur fed her really well. Too many series have the trope that the gorlie may be chubby as a cat but still must be super slender as a human.

On the second thought, she might still have to go through muscle training. Because they'll convince (brainwash) her that she must have a healthier (more muscular) figure to have a long and fulfilling life with Arthur (she can eat even more if she has better metabolism). All for the muscle god 💪
