Monster Girl Quest was already mentioned but I would really recommend Naedoko Dungeon Chronicle and Naedoko Demon Ground.

All of Tsukinomizu's games are good but those 2 in particular are based around "Monster Contractors" being a sort of RPG class where the MC is turned into a seedbed to give birth to monsters to fight with. Lots of monsters, tentacles, slime, eggs, yuri, and a story.

Also, since Seven Seas has picked up Inside the Tentacle Cave (which is arguably more extreme since it's all rape) I wonder if they would consider picking up this one. I'd buy it.

Lastly, it's always funny seeing people act surprised at what ecchi can include without being considered hentai. The limit is basically just the depiction of genitals. (Aki-Sora (t-wincest~) and Koe de Oshigoto are probably my favorites)
