I would love it if that happened but I doubt it will, there probably will some bullshit that will prevent that from happening be it PTSD preventing Fel from quickly dealing with it or some sort of slave magic preventing her from dealing with it. The usual standard trope stuff

That leaves political power, since he's a marquis. But we just came from an arc where they threatened royalty without repercussions, so a noble rank is like throwing toilet paper at a hurricane.

I think author is trying to make mc see that they are not what monsters he made him out to be but fragile looking girls inside, but if that is what is going to happen I dont think it will work on viewers side
edit: on second thought, I m not sure, it will probably play down as, mc dealing with the girls trauma, have second thoughts about quitting, girls becoming restless so they dig deeper, misunderstand what is happening and cause a commotion, mc steps up to clarify the situation, girls apologizing and trying to leave mc alone, mc stepping up and not leave them but drop in a big event to slow down the plot (dunno a war between conturies or smth) but this will probably end the manga and authors nowadays doesnt really want to go there so probably not where this is headed
