Reminds me of playing a Bard in EQ or a Minstrel in DAoC. Charm a mob, sic it on its friends, reap the profit of killing both.
I can dig this!

Bonus points if the mob feels emotional distress as they kill their friends

Karen makes a good point, why not just tame her? The author can't keep bringing it up and have no real reason not to other than "idk, he'd feel bad I guess." As far as we can tell taming isn't like mind control (or at least it doesn't fully mind control emotions and everything). Mina is acting the exact same. She's not even really using the tame excuse well and putting up an act. Even from the outside perspective she's acting the exact same but is slightly closer to the MC. And we were also JUST told that the only reason he trained the new wolf creature is because it was like, "Hey, I'd rather be tamed than fight." At most it just seems to boost trust like a pet. Regardless the benefits just far far out weigh any worries over morality. Karen would instantly get a massive power boost and the rest would get a smaller one. If she's sticking together with them anyway, just do it. Really taming just seems like this world's equivalent of forming a parting and sharing XP.

Hmm, they don't look like dogs. Maybe foxes. With one long claw on each front leg so... Velocifoxes? Foxnychus?
Sure look fluffy though.

I don´t wanna be that guy but... seriously dude, tame her!, sure thanks to miss tsuntsun there, they believe that the tamed person will have a change in behavior, but that seems small compared with "we are in a dungeon where strong monsters live, and they will kill us if we don´t kill them first", taming gives power to both tamer and tamed. DUDE!, is just strategic logic to tame the girl.

I could even go as far as to say that the tamed girl has been the only one that said no to the prince, i know i know, that is too small to notice, but still, all your classmates just go to spend the night with the prince?, without any protest of any kind, ALL of them?... that would scream charm to any one with a bit of observation, but i guess i ask too much from a manga

I wonder if she would hesitate if he actually tries to tame her? Feel like she is half thinking of the benefits, and half teasing him since she knows his personality.

I think she would go through with it, but if he just said okay she might panic for a moment.

You know how people always complain about slavery in manga regardless of how free the slaves are?
I imagine the moral issue of being "tamed" is too heavy regardless of the benefits for most people, including mc and his classmates (which is funny because some manga MC would easily agree to tame her).
And we only know that Mina is acting the same because we got her monologue. For the classmates, she looked like she turned 180 because she was cold to MC before.

I'm guessing mc will only tame her when she was about to be charmed by the prince or if there's another crisis.
