The page limit was such a great way to sneak in and now his work is going to get potentially recognized at its fullest thanks to the last minute addition. Even though he's got a quiet beginning, I hope this makes his impact even bigger.

Also that editor got the short end of the stick, no idea what he's dealing with but still doing his best to accommodate their literal life and death situation.

I find it funny that he asked for Moqueca, a dish more popular in the northeast when he is in São Paulo, in the southeast. Then again, you could easily find the ingredients in markets around town, though I wouldn't know if she'd be used to making it unless the family is from out of state.

You just couldn't let us enjoy a happy moment and end it on page 34, na reality must always creep its head at the end

They are still in deep shit

He added 2 additional pages of brown loli feet, of course it's gonna be a hit.

I don't why, but adding in that conversation about sweets between the co-workers in the background really helped me feel the editor's stress.

Just finished reading until the latest chapter. The art could be a bit rough here and there, but the depth of the story and the soul is beautiful. I could really feel the tension and the beauty in it. What an amazing manga. I cried reading this.

Yeah... A lot of people in São Paulo would not know how to make a moqueca, but well, it's not impossible

There's a lot of folks of northeastern ascent in São Paulo, so it wouldn't surprise me if João's family had roots there as well
