You're conflating two different arguments.
No one suggests that playing GTA makes you a murderer. The difference is that violent games do not center on sexualizing children. That's an unfair comparison.
The issue at hand isn't "it's just pixels, so jail forever.” The issue is that sexual content involving minors, even if fictional, normalizes and feeds attraction to minors. That’s why many countries treat it seriously. It’s not about protecting drawings. it's about protecting real kids and not creating demand for that kind of material.
Also, calling people slurs and writing paragraphs full of extreme examples doesn’t make the argument stronger. It just makes it look emotional.
You can debate the law and harm without pretending it’s the same thing as running people over in a video game.
Am I?
If fictional bloody murder, grotesque mutilation of humanoids, senstive political topics crime of practically all major types occurs in books, television, music, and the ultimate form of media that combines all prior aspects, the video game, are allowed in vast numbers that all ages have experienced at some point, why is it the fictional cute n' funny that is made by adults for adults spread accross adult platforms suddenly not allowed?
That is retardation,no better term exists to describe just how brain dead such logic can even exist.
Playing GTA doesn't make me a murderer, reading Mein Kampf doesn't make me a Nazi, watching CSI doesn't make me a detective, listening to Bananphone doesn't make want order a pizza
,so why the living Hell would looking at this pic make me a pedophile?
If what you said is true, then why hasn't violence been normalised yet?
Has heisting a bank been made normal?
How about drinking so much that you don't remember what happened on the roof in Vegas, that normal?
Did gazing your eyes on that blonde above made you feel more normal enough to toss one dollar coins at her like a stripper in Canada?
Also, considering the only moral objecters of any worth are the West...only four of them have actually taken action strictly against fictional content, and the US,the most important(many will try to blind themselves to this obvious fact),HASN'T.
We have all seen this same bull crap arguement again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again...
NOT ONE has ever succeeded, because the inherrent flaw they all fail to realise is fiction is fictional.
If you can't separate the real from the unreal, are you not the problem?,do we who sit here and bash our keyboards like warriors over your skull to blame for your own inability to tell the difference between a real breathing human and drawing?
...unless you really want me to...
