My eyesight is pretty bad without my glasses, but I can easily tell people apart.
Especially, when they have different hair colors and styles.
This mistaking people is annoying.

Still getting to see Tsumugi with more expressions was nice.

I think this is just something that you shouldnt get mad over. Its just something cute that happens. This is a manga after all.

I'm flabbergasted by the amount of hate in these past few comment threads. I didn't check these before, but I wonder if the male commenters here have had any female friends...

She hasn't done anything remotely toxic to him, and if anything, has given him more opportunities to be with her while also having extremely normal concerns.
