read to 16 chapters so far. pretty fun, definitely not a deep story (despite having a lot of potential for a deep story), and just some nice casual fun. Not too generic. MC is somewhat realistically cowardly unlike the usual corny coward mc of the generic awakening manhwa.
This story is fun but wish the MC would stop saying "alpha male", "beta", and "real man". It's not a lot but still annoying. Also how reckless he can be is a bit annoying as well. Mostly cause a proper strategy and conversation would've solved his issue. Instead, he chooses to be reckless.
The other characters though really do the heavy lifting. If they weren't there, I probably would've dropped this long ago... They really are the highlight.
Edit: Very heavy on bashing other countries. Author even put a note out (chapter 86(?)) that he's going to continue to bash so if that makes you uncomfortable, you might want to avoid. It's not super bad in the bashing but it's not great either.
