It is a little silly with how Mangadex works, forcing some sort of division which isn't in the original publication if you don't want the whole manga to be categorized as "erotica". Not that I personally really get that division. Tits and pantyshots and whatever tends to be included in the "suggestive" tag, are not what I'd like people to see me reading in public/at work, and the same goes for the more erotic scenes tagged "erotica". Maybe some people have the guts for the former but not the latter, though? Or maybe it's about the squick factor, what people want to avoid for their own sake?

Doesn't "erotica" require actual sexual acts, though more in an implied/covered form than with everything shown? A girl randomly grabbing another girl's boobs is just comedy in Japan (as long as it's not an obvious homosexual act), so it doesn't mean anything beyond fanservice (suggestive).

In general, entries that focus on sex or contain uncensored sex scenes should be marked as mature, entries with heavily censored or non-explicit sex as erotica, and entries with light exposure as suggestive.

But then again, I'm not MD staff, just a comment spammer.
