The "すり すり" SFX in the previous panel is onomatopoeia for a rubbing action. So the "marking her territory" jokey comments is actually spot on. Punchline got lost when the SFX didn't get translated.

I don't know what denomination she's from, but if this is derived from a catholic-nun-like kind of ministry, shouldn't she be happy enough being 'married' to God and not pay attention to other men?
