This is so ass... Summoning Nostra but having her go back immediately feels so cheap.

And her power is so confusing. She had the power travel between worlds and can send MC to another world. It's probably her too who gave MC his abilities, including a way to summon her.
Yet she suddenly had him choose between going back or heal Faf? And there's even a price for him?

If her power has a restriction, it feels like a bullshit and out of nowhere after what we have seen so far.
If she just want to limit MC, then she's an asshole after forcing him to isekai.

It just doesn't make sense.

My thoughts is that probably the price condition is MC lose his power and feel worthless to demon
