She was talking about moving around quickly while holding the sword. She didn't have to be quick carrying the boulder because both her opponents were already down.

I at first was shocked that my WAIFU was saying the sword was heavy. And when she dropped her sword I'd figure she'd fight by using their weight against them. That was until I saw her punch and lift boulders. After that shock, I can only guess that her sword, because of her super strength, is super heavy and super durable in order keep it balanced and avoid have it destroyed every time she swings it.
