Not a lot to comment on this chapter - it's heartwarming stuff as usual, with the bittersweet note common especially in recent chapters as we get closer to the end.
But, I don't think it ever gets old, watching poor Syaro get rattled, flustered, and tsukkomi and tsundere over her friends being nice to her. "BLEH!"
Cocoa's trick with the lights IS, after all, a bit of magic - but whether it's magic-magic, or a magic trick, is likely a question for the ages. It's worth noting, though, that this wouldn't be the first time we've seen Cocoa try to pull a trick like this one: I believe one of the last times Cocoa returned to the Half-Timbered Town from some time away at her family bakery (Vol 5 Chapter 5, I think, or perhaps part of the "Dear My Sister" OVA?), she got back just in time to meet the other girls where they'd gathered to watch fireworks, and then, Cocoa had tried to time her reappearance with the start of the fireworks display, and mis-timed it to comedic effect! Looks like she got the trick right this time.
I believe in that previous chapter, Chino was just starting to come out of her shell, had been missing Cocoa a great deal, and it was a big step for her to actually say so out loud - I think we can definitely see a lot of growth for both of the girls (and their friends) since then! (I recently re-read the manga and watched the anime & its specials at the same time, and took a few notes as I went along, and noticed there were a LOT of story lines that did something similar: repeated something that had happened a year before in the girls' lives, with the girls reacting much differently, with more confidence and so on, as a device to show how much they've changed!)
