Never said that xD its just that the author realized he wrote himself into a corner and had a lot of plotholes during the making of season 2, so he scrapped it and has been releasing the chapters weekly for a while now.
But since he cannot handle the release schedule on a week-to-week basis, he is taking a temporary hiatus to work on the chapters and stack up on them, so he can calmly release the rest every week.
