To answer this(even if it wasn't needed cause /s or something) genetics are kinda funny. The mother may have a huge wrack but the daughter may get more of the grandmother's, or other further up the line's genes and end up less endowed. Childbirth and breastfeeding could also play a part in why her mom is so stacked.
