I mean, that's kinda the point. The Irumean appearances aren't supposed to be "haha he's evil" or something stupid like that, it's instead showing what he could be without his inhibitions. We've seen him grow a lot in terms of expressing himself and leading others. By the end he'll be somewhere in-between the two
