I have a theory that the goddess is Shiromi from the future.

The goddess wants Same to become stronger and the only person who benefits from that is Shiromi.

I imagine that in another timeline where it took her several more years to summon Same and due to all the abuse she received she went crazy and decided to destroy the world

That's Bait 3D, the movie title which was parody based on, the flood hits the supermarket and characters have to find their way to lure the great white shark away before they can exit to safety, the armor cage(Which the cook dress up) scene was also used.

Sorry, I didn't know the other movie source on 3rd and 4th panel.
