last chapter specifically had Sakura use Anzu's gun which apparently has a special trick to using that Sakura acts like she'd already been told before. I can't remember anything further back though, I'd have to do a reread for that.

It's worth a re-read, because there are quite a few. There are also a number of lines in this chapter and the one before that are call-backs or flashbacks possibly to lines from early in the series you can spot if you pay attention to the wording. (These were quite painstaking to ensure stayed in the translation so I'm beaming at how it turned out.)

Reread it again. I don't think there were hints for a time loop except Sakura knowing how to shoot Anzu's gun.
Sakura was called "Pawn of the False Gods" in the dream chapters by one of the false gods that replaced the Count (Ch 12)
In the same chapter, Prez finds out from that same false god that Sakura made that loop wish and why she herself can't die but she will never remember this because she died (with a smile) right after knowing.
Anzu never actually told Sakura the method to shoot her gun, she was in the middle of saying how, but was interrupted by Prez (Ch 15)

And no, there were no hints of the time loop and if anything, it directly contradict the prez's immortality / respawn mechanic, which was also added pretty randomly. One hint last chapter doesn't count.
