OL does mean Office Lady, it’s used repeatedly in the series Kesa mo Yuraretemasu

Did they just create a Manga within a manga?! Like I know these do exist, but did the author make actual characters and their relationships with each other which year they are in and so forth. So much detail just for this one chapter.

Fun chapter, I appreciate the author taking the time to flesh out the other characters even though I am indeed suffering from the lack of main ship appearing.

And yes, OL means office lady. It's a bit more niche than all office workers though. It has some connotations of general age and demeanor. It's usually for single women of marriable age.
