KDT could just edit their translation into the Indonesian version (I suppose they didn't check it in the first place).

It's the same case in chapter 4 of TS-Reincarnated Beauty Netora Reiko where the English translation is heavily censored unlike the vietnamese one.

It doesn't appear to be attached to the room if you have to grab an "occupied" hanger for personal use; that said, doesn't explain why the sisters are in there since he clearly would not be the type to forget to hang the sign. I guess they may have seen him going in and have no care for his privacy?
