I don't see anyone getting angry over a display piece being used as a display piece (outside of the real weirdos who get mad it's just out of the box for any reason), IMO it HAS to be referring to target practice/weapons testing/whatever, anything involving someone destroying a limited-edition item (bonus points to rage'd come from a nerd perceiving military types as somehow doubly-uncultured meatheads lol)
