Usually these kinds of stories of everyone gushing over the foreign japanese cuisine make sense because their own food is shown to be lacking... but she just had a full course of awesome food native to her world, and we're supposed to think that ramen would absolutely blow her away? C'mon now.
I'll still read it cause I like these foody comics, but this is definitely one of the weaker starts I've seen for them.

Honestly, I'd be more interested in otherworld cuisines, since we already know all about cuisines from our world; it'd be more interesting for a chef to get isekaied an then decide they want to go on a journey to stage at every big name restaurant to learn more about the cuisine of the world.
