Well, we're pretty sure that at least the child is ok, since someone with her name appears in one of his other comics, and is called a "spider."Please, please let Haru and Taya and their child be safe.
The rabbits have been around since before this comic was created, yokai have been referenced in this comic for a while now, and The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter is one of the most famous Japanese legends.Like I keep saying, author, bro, these lore drops out of nowhere are just too much.
Now Death gramps is being sent to the moon or something (or not) because moon rabbit goddess, while spider waifu just gave birth.
It's like a chef that suddenly wants to try dumping every spice he has on hand to the dish he's currently cooking because he just learned about them. A bit of spice tastes great and all, but only in certain amounts.
On the other hand, as a fellow webcomic artist, albeit a nobody compared to Yagi-sensei, I also believe making tons of mistakes is part of the growing process...
when are Taya and MC ever gonna get a peaceful life? even after she gives birth, there’s still a bunch of unexpected stuff happening
I don't read this series for them. The rabbits have been around since before this comic was created, yokai have been referenced in this comic for a while now, and The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter is one of the most famous Japanese legends.
I feel the slice of life and shonen action element balence right out nice. This manga would not be as good with either one element or the other.I really don't understand who these goofy JJK action sections and plans within plans lore dump sections are for in this slice of life webcomic. It's just all so out of place. If the author wants to make Shonen hypebeast shit now that's okay, I just think it would be better if it were it's own thing instead of being grafted onto this series after the fact. It's okay for Taya and Haru's story to end if you want to do new and different things, they've had a good run.
