Someone on dynasty suggested that perhaps she doesn't pick any of them with their purpose being to help Machino grow and be happy in the real world. Honestly, I would kinda love that. Not sure I care enough about all 5 of them to be happy with poly, and I also think Machino is putting them on a pedestal, so having her have to face some heartache and grow up would be good. It's hard to see Olivia winning outright since she was introduced second, so yeah that scenario seems better to me.

This is one story where a poly ending really feels like the best ending, but it feels as though there is the "fact" that she can only be with one goes assumed. I do agree with flowsthead's idea of a strong ending being that MC has to overcome her indecisiveness and face reality before moving forward in life... But I LOVE LOVE! LET HER LOVE FOR THEM FLOW FREELY!

Though I would argue that there are wrong ways to love someone that's beside the point. It is good for her to choose, but she can choose everyone

I usually don't like harem and have dropped quite a few enjoyable series because of it, but when it fits it fits. This somewhat sudden "you have to choose someone because romantic love is a special feeling you have for just one person" felt just like "I'm your wife and I know you are monogamous but you should marry this chick because I said so"

like, yeah, Machino had to be shaken up to start making decisions for herself, but the conflict could have been because one of the girls wanted the monogamy and would not accept poly. Makes sense and I believe it would be a more interesting take. Anyway, sorry for the long post, let's see how it'll play out
