I recommend starting at chapter 218 as it's the very beginning when he arrives at the forest, it's just a couple of chapter from were we are, but it gives more context

Definitely. Has the head of a human and everything. It's way bigger than I imagine them to be (judging by the size relative to the person it's eating), and also since Irushia is beefier stat-wise it feels weird that it's as big or bigger than him.
