Do you really want to be the person who has to say that none of them can exist in real life? Well, it's not like they've been explicitly stated to be "identical twins," has it? They're probably just extremely similar looking fraternal twins. It's not unheard of for siblings to look similar to one another, and the fact that they're the same age would exemplify that similarity.

Alternatively, knowing this manga, we could totally get a twist that they actually were born the same sex all along.
