Third bubble is just '...'s
Fourth bubble is スー (x4) which is 'snore' or really just breathing sounds, he's asleep.
Bottom is キイイイ。。。 パタン ひた。。。(x3) Which is 'Creaaak' (door opening) 'clack' (door closing) 'tep...' (something quickly getting closer).
Keep it up, there's no better way to learn than just doing it as you are!

How funny! I guess she’s crazy enough to listen to the same clip over and over. Really wish I could access my computer to make corrections, but that will have to wait until I get back tomorrow evening. Thank you for the help again, I really appreciate it. I have a bit more time these days, so I may try to step quality up a bit after I get back.
