Yeah it works as it should now, though I'm even less likely to support MangaDex after that lol.

I legit got a bit mad for Okarun, currently unpowered, being beaten like that... but seeing him like that might trigger Momo's memories. REAL brave of these (adult?) knights to beat children AND use their weakness against them (scissors for Silky, slippery floors[?] for Turbo Granny, if Okarun had his powers).

And like I said, I'm getting sick of the swimming trunk weirdo designs, it's just starting to get old, and Okarun is getting pummeled by said Speedo-wearing pervert.

We don't know he's a good guy yet though, could be a third faction, or a friend of Turbo Granny with questionable sidehobbies, like helping our main characters but killing a couple kids at the fair on the way.

I mean nobody can deny that Tatsu is a god among man when it comes to art along with Murata. Writing though? Expectedly mid since there are not many people who are this good at art but also at least A class novelist. It just doesn't happen. Even less so in mangaverse.

Personally I think Tatsu overall is a pretty decent writer. His stuff is really good at building hype with some nice action pay-offs and I enjoy how batshit insane but at the same time coherent the story as a whole is. I still really dislike the current arc though, I absolutely hate memory loss arcs plus this whole "Who will the characters end up with?" shit like we all don't know the answer already just feels like wasting our time for something so stupid.

in this chapter , the mangaka makes me hate the 4 " main characters " even more : they are so weak and so use-less .

evil-eyes brat jiji and main b!tch h0m0-momo can not do nothing to the 69 dinosaurs , and they are captured off-screen .

oka-runt and " hairy " b!tch can not do nothing to the seal guy and the scissor guy .

last pages :

- oka-runt 's bones are broken , and he doesnt even have the strength to open his eyes , and he is sh!tting in his pants , yet he still dares to talk sh!ts to his more stronger enemies : if you lay a hand on momo , you wont get away with it , i will kill you .

- enemies : oh yeah ? I would like to see you try.

- me : if he is weak , then his threats / his speeches are empty and use-less . oka-runt reminds me of the trashy mumen rider and his fight with deep sea king , from onepunchman .

and then this manga 's real main character appears , he is the handsome barber Sweeney Todd .

in the next chapter , i guess Sweeney will kick the ugly jiji and oka-runt out of this manga , and the girls will join his harem , lol .

this reminds me of the 1st chapter of goblin-slayer manga :

- 1 random boy and 3 random girls say : we are the main characters of this goblin-slayer manga .

and then they get gobbed / get goblinned by 69 goblins , lol .

then the real main character appears : the goblin-slayer .

this chapter does nothing to alleviate my anxiety about where the story is going, especially if they go " oh but you do have her power, and pull it out" he should obviously be a (relative) normal person at this point.
