Now can I say my comments about the series?
Arte's journey back to Firenze with the body guards was nice, but author seriously letting us down cutting the Spanish Court Arc. It's still absurd and leave me without words the way Arte got there, teased that she would not let Court intrigue crush her and... the next page the manga jumps years ahead in time and Arte stars her journey back. Very disappointing!
Also, the whole premisse that Arte a d Leo had to love each other and get together is also disappointing to me, feels like an obligatory convention. Wish Leo had died. At most that Arte got to him only to not let he die alone.

Anyway, excelent series.

If you want to know the true history this character is semi-based (Artemisia Gentileschi ), I would highly recommend reading about her and looking at her works. Her life was very dramatic but her work is a testament to her survival and strength.
