Two things:

• This series will get an English release by Seven Seas under the official name of "Amamiya-san is the Cutest…and I’m a Close Second!". Volume 1 on February 2027, go buy it then if you're interested. A bit strange that they chose to release the manga but not the Light Novel, but I don't know much about Seven Seas in general.
• I think(?) this series in in hiatus? tokiwa-sensei is on medical leave from what I've gathered, there's no talks about cancellation, but there's no talk about it being on hiatus either...? Idk why MangaUpdates states that the serialization is completed, I've read Volume 4 and there's no mention of it ending anywhere. If anyone has any ideas do lmk.

Chapter 17 in a week, hopefully. As long as the next chapter doesn't have like, idk, 38 pages or something like that, then it shouldn't be much of a prob...

Like idk why it irks me that the lil siblings call him Plain when he looks no different from the average Light Novel Harem Protagonist. Tho guess that's less their fault and more the generic LN protag factory.

Instead of giving the annoying brother trope screentime the author could get more crossdressing but I guess they only want some generic boring stuff at this point

It really feels like the quality is dropping hard. All these cliches, randomly introducing the vice president, and the mention of his job/crossdressing felt forced at best.
