Oh god. Boku Girl was my first genderswap manga and I was very let down by the ending. It's set up so perfectly for a yuri romance, but the MC has to develop an attraction to their male best friend and the female crush just gets sidelined.

Prosthetics can accomplish what's been shown here. You see this with cosplayers sometimes. There was a pretty famous Mai Shiranui a handful of years back that did this, for one example.
